Passage – Writing by Ciara Healy
I commissioned Ciara Healy to write a series of nine pieces of writing for Passage.
Ciara is a curator, writer and book artist. Her teaching is research-led and is informed by her engagement with rurality, heritage & community, place-based curating, animism and experiential education. She is the recipient of IMPACT Research Awards from University of Reading (2016 & 2017), a Large Grant Award from Arts Council Wales (2015) and she was one of the 2011 recipients of the Wales Arts International Critical Writing Award. Since this award, she has written catalogue essays and critical reviews for numerous art journals including Art Review.
